- •Close and lock exterior doors
- •Increase situational awareness
- •Take attendance
LOCKDOWN
Threat Inside Building
- •Lock doors, turn off lights
- •Move to safe area away from doors/windows
- •Silence phones, remain silent and hidden
- •If safe: RUN. If not: HIDE. Last resort: FIGHT
EVACUATE
Fire or Building Hazard
- •Exit building via nearest safe route
- •Move to assembly area
- •Take attendance
- •Do not re-enter building
SHELTER
Severe Weather / Hazmat
- •Move to designated shelter area
- •Stay away from windows
- •Take cover (tornado: crouch, cover head)
- •Wait for all-clear signal
